Apartment Maintenance Professionals Wanted - Full-time

We're seeking Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians that will be responsible for working with the property staff to maintain our apartment community. We're looking for someone with the ability to handle all aspects of maintenance including, but not limited to, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding and painting, and be available for on-call service. The right candidate will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately and completely. At least two years' experience in the above mentioned trades is preferred. HVAC certification is preferred, but not required. This position requires a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
