Hiring Retail Project Manager About the Job: Shrader & Martinez Construction, Inc. is a distinguished national commercial building construction company with projects throughout the country. Our focus is to meet the expectations of renowned clients in upscale retail, restaurants, and showrooms through ground up construction, tenant improvements and renovations. We are seeking experienced individuals who can bring innovative and organized skills to managing multiple projects. The Project Manager must be willing to live in Sedona and travel to projects throughout the country. Position responsibilities: Project Managers must consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and ensure that their clients are absolutely satisfied with their final product. • Collaborate in pre-construction practices with client, architects, and designers, including cost estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews and critical path project scheduling. • Expertly develop project strategies and manage multiple projects in various phases; oversee onsite management, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers for construction projects • Track and control project schedule and costs to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget guidelines. • Oversee safety and quality control in the field ensuring compliance with all regulations • Provide weekly project activity updates and photos to client; maintain well documented communication with clients. • Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction, including due diligence, reports, budgets, schedules, meetings, status reports, punch lists in accordance with pre-established formats. • Demonstrate an ability to lead, mentor and develop your team Salary is competitive and based on experience; full benefits. Experience in managing and directing superintendents; experience with high finish retail or restaurants; must demonstrate full accountability for cost management and schedule adherence; possess a strong computer aptitude and be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; helpful to know Timberline, and Microsoft Project Manager; minimum OSHA 10 certified The Arizona Republic.
