Landscape Laborer - Full-time

Landscape Laborer. 35 temp, F/T positions 2/15/18-11/30/18. Schill Landscaping & Lawn Services, Inc d/b/a Schill Grounds Management, North Ridgeville, OH. Fax: 440-327-3071. Workers will perform a variety of landscaping services, incl mowing, trimming, pruning, watering, digging, fertilizing, and raking. 40 hrs/wk. M-F 7:30AM-5PM. Able to lift 50lbs. 3 mon exp reqd. No min edu reqd. Employer provided transp from workshop to sites in Lorain, Cuyahoga, Erie, Huron, Medina, Ottawa, Summit, and Sandusky Counties. Wage: $12.97/hr, OT varies @ $19.46/hr. Workers paid bi-weekly. Optional housing avail at a rate of $120/pay period (rate based on quadruple occupancy), to be deducted from pay. Employer will deduct from pay reasonable cost of fuel for personal use of company vehicle. Post-employment drug testing may be used based upon employers reasonable suspicion of employees drug use. Single workweek used to compute wages. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck reqd by law. If the worker completes 50% of work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for transp & subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work. Upon completion of work contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide/pay for workers reasonable costs of return transp & subsistence back home or to place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amt of transp payment/reimbursement will equal the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $12.07p/day during travel to a max of $51.00 p/day with receipts. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the 1st workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the govt (except passport fees) by check separate from payroll. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipt reqd to perform the job, & guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 34 of the workdays in each 12 wk period of total employment period.
