Express Employment Professionals has an exciting career opportunity for a qualified Staffing Consultant to join our award-winning team! The staffing Consultant's primary emphasis is on filling job orders and inside sales activities. The Staffing Consultant exercises discretionary judgment in administering Express systems and procedures in recruiting, hiring, and assigning associates to clients. Staffing Consultants are expected to build and maintain a strong core of candidates with a variety of job skills and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in Administrative, Commercial, and Professional staffing by using a proprietary, secure database. Staffing Consultants must understand the importance of being consultative with strong phone skills and email correspondence with an interpersonal mindset.

The successful Staffing Consultant will be able to perform the following: 

  • Fill 100% of all qualified job orders
  • Make Inside Sales calls weekly for qualified job seekers
  • Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of candidates for companies
  • Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts
  • Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
  • Administration (reports, timecard and client communications)
  • Conduct business in accordance with Express guidelines and applicable Fedral/State Legal guidelines

  • High School Diploma (College degree strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work a multi-line phone system
  • Computer skills with MS Office knowledge
  • Willingness to work outside of office hours as needed
