Customer Outreach Supervisor - Great Part Time Job

As a Customer Outreach Supervisor, you will be responsible to assist in coaching, and motivating a residential canvassing team, which is responsible for generating customer leads for our sales staff. Qualified individuals will have the skills and ability to direct their team individually by providing instruction on overcoming objections, and meeting team goals. The ideal candidate will have an ability to relate to and motivate team members in a professional environment. This is a seasonal position to start with great potential for the right applicant to transition into a full-time team member.

We have worked with over 300 students over the last 5 years with our marketing teams. Our teams are primarily students (or anyone who wants a great part time opportunity) who have opportunity to learn communication skills, negotiation, sales tactics, and just gain confidence in themselves. It is a marketing position, where we visit local neighborhoods in teams offering free information about our services - no selling!

As a Field Marketing Supervisor, you will:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Train employees who have little or no work experience

· Actively engage and motivate staff through reward and recognition practices (and utilizing your positive, enthusiastic attitude)

· Continually develop employees through role playing

· Evaluate individual performance and set goals for each representative

· Navigate safely with GPS to and within assigned territories

· Follow up with employees regarding performance in a professional positive manner

· Ensures the company van stays clean always

· Ensures employees are following safety protocols, including compliance to uniform standards

· Obey all traffic laws always

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED, 2 – year degree or some college encouraged but not required

· 18 or older

· Able to pass a background check and drug test

· Excellent driving record with a valid Driver’s License

· Honest and fair. Consistent in words and actions. Model high standard of ethics.

· General use of computer, cellphone, tablet, and printer technology

· Previous leadership experience is encouraged but not required

· Outgoing, optimistic, and enthusiastic personality who can motivate and inspire a team

· Read and navigate maps

· Excellent sales/marketing skills required

· Able to work in and enforce a results-driven work environment

Pay: $14 - $16/hr.

Schedule: Hours are Monday – Thursday from 4:00 pm to 9 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm. January to June
