In this position you will canvass local neighborhoods generating lawn care service leads. The position requires going door-to-door telling homeowners about our growing business, providing them with informational handouts, and offering them free lawn care estimates. No sales are involved! You are the friendly first impression that will lead to future Weed Man clients!
This is a great part time position for students, someone interested in learning business/marketing, or anyone who just wants a great opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties
We canvass in local neighborhoods including Utah County and Juab County. From the office in Spanish Fork, we travel to respective neighborhoods in teams. Weed Man has a fun & competitive team environment.
You must be able to walk for 6 hours each day in fast changing weather conditions including snow, wind, cold, as well as sunshine and warmth!
Full Time hours are 12:00- 8:00 PM Monday - Thursday and Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
A Marketing Supervisor will accompany each team of Marketing Representatives providing coaching, guidance, and transportation. We will help you succeed!
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $10.00 to $18.00 /hour - Pay will be hourly plus commission
Requirements
Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Previous customer service / sales experience is not required
- A friendly, outgoing personality a must with excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to be used as part of the job (compensation for vehicle use is provided)
- Ability to work all of the hours is a must
