Clean Room Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Qualifications:
Process all types of production in a Manufacturing environment which demands a high degree of manual dexterity and concentrated visual attention using tooling and sub-components within the assigned area to finish to process specifications.

Refer to Assembly Inspection Work Order (operational sequence prescribed) to perform process within specified dimensions and tolerances. Follow established policies, procedures and verbal instructions to perform scheduled work. May make adjustments to and/or set-up on machine/process with guidance.

Sign and date AIWO upon completion of a job and accurately report quantity produced and quantity lost/scrapped. Work subject to process inspection.

Other responsibilities of an Assembly Operator will include, but not limited to, the following:

Visually or through the use of a microscope, inspect various conditions of unassembled/assembled bearings.
Maintain necessary records.
Detect and report unusual conditions to proper supervisor/team leader.
Move materials, tooling, parts and containers in performance of duties or as directed.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Keep work area clean and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
Assist with training of operators and new personnel, as required.
Perform other duties as required or directed.
NOTES: (1) Assigned work areas may change as production requirements warrant.

(2) Assembly operators are responsible for producing quality parts; i.e. within specification.

Non-conformance to specifications must be brought to the attention of the Team Leader or Supervisor.
