Skilled CNC Machinists needed for all 3 shifts
Pay Rate: $21 - $28/HR
Shift:
1st (6AM - 2:30PM); 2nd (2:00PM - 10:30PM); 3rd (10:00PM - 6:30AM) Overtime runs between 5-15 hours/week
**Shift differentials are $1.50/HR & $3.00/HR
Job Description:
-Need to run be able to run a Double Column/Gantry Vertical Mills.
-Being able to read and understand blueprints
-Working with programs with G & M codes
-Capable of making offset adjustments on a daily basis and setting the X and Y zero points
-Experience with Safety Start Up and Shut Down procedures
-Working on Fanuc and/or Siemens' controls
-Set up and tear downs of material on the vertical mills
-Use 6" scales, calipers, and go-no/go gauges
-Perform job duties successfully.
-Perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
-Ability to document daily activities.
-1 hour of each day will be put aside for documentation.
-Find blueprints/schematics as well for each technician.
-Prioritize work as well because when a machine breaks down he will have to know what to do.
-PPE required
