Architect - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be drafting construction documents for senior living facilities. Candidates will be using AutoCAD or Revit to draft the construction documents. Candidates will be doing floor plans and interiors exclusively. Candidates will not be doing any envelops or wraps of buildings. Candidates will be working closely with interior designers and architectural designers to complete projects. Detailing involves finishes including stone veneer, tile, custom wall finishes, custom column finishes, and architectural moldings. No certifications, PPE, or medical monitoring required.
