About this job
* Understanding of all painting methods for oil and latex paints
* Ability to prepare surfaces/patch drywall walls
* Knowledge of all safety requirements of the trade
* Strong written, communication and understanding of the English language
* Computer skills (for work request data input - basic computer skills)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial/residential painting
* Ability to complete project with minimal supervision
* Ability to work at heights
