Staffmark, a dominant leader in the staffing industry, is adding to our New Jersey team! We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, energetic Recruiter to work in our Cranbury, NJ office! The Recruiter provides our clients with both temporary and permanent employees by assessing the client's needs, sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and screening candidates, and presenting candidates for hire to the client.
Other responsibilities include:

Assess customers' needs for staffing to include gaining all pertinent job information
Source and interview applicants, administer assessments, and perform background checks and drug screens as necessary.
Perform onboarding tasks for applicants
Manage attendance and performance of candidates working at customer sites
Maintain excellent relationships with customers by maintaining contact and ensuring a high level of candidate performance

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years previous experience in staffing or recruiting. The ideal candidate's experience base would be in a light industrial capacity- staffing or recruiting for positions such as warehouse, logistics, distribution, production, etc. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply! Successful candidates will also have a high level of communication skills, be self motivated, metrics driven, and enjoy working in a fun, collaborative environment!
