We are seeking a candidate who has broad understanding of HR practices, operations and processes. The candidate will be responsible for the integrity, protection and distribution of HR's processes and information. The candidate will utilize their working knowledge of HR's SOX/guideline requirements to monitor data and process compliance and address audit queries.

PROCESS COMPLIANCE

Candidate is responsible to ensure HR is compliant in all its Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and support HR's process standardization efforts.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited:

  • Represent HR on both internal and external audits
  • Prepare responses to audit inquiries
  • Execute quarterly SOX controls
  • Execute accuracy audits on the transactions entered by the HR Service Center
  • Execute compliance audits on US, Canadian and Mexican HR transactions
  • Lead Canada and Mexico into a centralized transaction model
  • Candidate is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of HR's SOX guidelines
  • Review and enhance SOX and HR guidelines
  • Manage all compliance tools to reflect current SOX and HR Guidelines Web Forms, Transaction Request Configurator, Guidelines database
  • Implement change control of HR guidelines updates
  • Implement changes required to centralize Canada and Mexico
  • Employ reductions in administration of compliance documentation/processing
DATA COMPLIANCE

This position is also responsible for analysis, definition, implementation, and support of HR's information repositories. The candidate will collaborate with ICT and HR colleagues to ensure the quality and availability of HR's data infrastructure. The position will be responsible for the protection of HR's data repositories. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment to sustain and enhance HR's data warehouses. The candidate will develop robust business requirements and test scripts for application enhancements. The individual will function as part of a small team that serves as the primary functional support for process, transaction, and data inquiries. The position's scope includes NAFTA HR operations and can involve activities in EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
