Purpose and Scope:
To assist the Director of Caddie Services with day to day scheduling of caddies as well as suggesting methods of how to caddie and forecaddie, while providing excellent communication and guest service.
Essential Functions:
- Assisting in scheduling caddies to groups.
- Communicate to our guests suggested caddie and forecaddie fees.
- Introducing caddies to our guests.
- Being a liaison between Streamsong and the caddie program.
- Providing excellent communication with Director of Caddie Service, Director of Golf, Head Golf Professionals and any other department manager.
- Guiding Caddies to perform within the guidelines set forth by the Director of Caddie Service and Streamsong.
- Perform other duties assigned by Director of Caddie Services, Director of Golf or Head Golf Professionals.
- Ability to lift occasionally 30lbs of weight.
