Assistant Chocolate Maker - Full-time / Part-time

Part time, possibly full time, assistant needed for small chocolate making operation.  Primary responsibilities are: sorting cacao beans, roasting and winnowing cacao beans, loading and emptying chocolate grinders, pressing cocoa butter, tempering and molding chocolate, fulfilling orders, cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes.  Must be collaborative and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to be challenged.  Some of this labor is physically demanding, lifting heavy pans, buckets of cacao beans, etc.  Hours will vary from week to week.  Summer hours will be fewer than in fall/winter/spring.
