Specialist
Position available, to support the person centered planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of service for adults, who have an intellectual disability. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, with current Michigan social work licensure. One year of experience working with adults who have an intellectual disability is required. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work. Salary range of $37,600 - $45,100, plus exceptional fringes, including employer sponsored training, insurance and pension.
