My client, an established and stable Mortgage Company, in Rosemont, IL is currently looking to add to their team!

My client is looking to fill RESPA Coordinator positions. This role is in their Disclosure department.

If you do not meet all of the qualifications, my client is also interested in hiring an Admin for this department and would be willing to train that person to move into a RESPA Coordinator role. Duties:

  • Handles all application review
  • Responsible for Initial Loan application Review
  • Responsible for Change of Circumstance (CCR) redisclosure process
  • Review newly triggered loan applications for compliance in regard to the loan estimate
  • Look for deficiencies on application
  • Responsible for completing 12 initial application and/or CCR redisclosure packages per day
  • Making sue that TRID guidelines are met

Qualifications:

  • Multitasking - they need to review applicants, talk to loan officers, prioritize applications and deal with Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, and Underwriters
  • Must be familiar with the RESPA guidelines
  • HUD Experience
  • Prior Closing or Processing experience
  • Outgoing/Excellent Communication/Teamwork
  • TRID experience is preferred
