About this job
Candidates will be responsible for full cycle loan processing. Currently there are around 30 loans in the pipeline per week that need to be processed and closed. this position performs servicing and processing of various loan applications, gathers all loan documents, analyzes loan applicant's credit history, and supports the Credit Unions members.
Responsibilities
Schedule closing with all parties and prepare final real estate lending loan documents
Disburse all loans according to underwriting conditions and requirements
Validate all payoff letters and bills related to closing and process payoffs
Maintain systems of measurements established for first and second liens and for cross-sell products
