Verification Processor- Mortgage

I have a client that is looking to add a Loan/Verification Processor to their team. The Job Description and Qualifications are below, if you are interested, please apply!

Job Description:

- Analyze data and documentation to determine necessary re-verification to be created and sent to third party individuals and companies.

- Complete re-verification form letters and input information into the Quality Control system.

- Upload documentation to client facing website.

- Track, process, and follow-up on returned and non-responsive re-verification documentation.

- Perform Verbal Re-verification's of Employment and Income as needed.

Qualifications:

- Associate's Degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience.

- One year of experience as a residential mortgage processor.

- High attention to detail.

- Trying/data entry skills
