Randstad is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator/Human Resource Assistant in Fort Payne, AL. This Recruiting Coordinator/Human Resource Assistant position is a long term temporary assignment with the potential to possibly go permanent in the future. The pay range is $14-$16 an hour. Candidates must be flexible with their working hours to potentially include evenings and weekends, but the normal schedule would be Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm Recruiting Coordinator/Human Resource responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Pre-screening applicants over the phone -In-person interviewing candidates -Completing reference checks, drug screens, background checks and I-9's -Conducting new hire orientations -Answering phone and checking voicemail
