Responsibilities include: -Data Entry, scanning, filing, and documenting retention. -Coordinating documentation needed to execute contracts, and organize data to be uploaded into company systems. -Prepare customer communication, including letters with executed contracts. -Mailing of various documentation and communication to customers. -You will be corresponding with Sales Representatives & maintaining communication with various departments of the organization to ensure efficient and accurate management of contract offerings. -Manage contract documents and retention, utilizing systems (SAP, DocView, Lotus Notes, and other systems). -Run various reports and use the data to validate details related to service contracts and perform other related duties and projects
