Credit & Collections Analyst (AR)

My client, a top distribution company located in Hauppauge, NY is looking to bring on a credit analyst! The hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and the starting pay rate is $20-25/hr. Responsibilities Include: - Daily collection calls, handle incoming calls from Customer Care related to Accounting issues including processing charge cards, sales tax inquiries, analyzing and releasing customer orders and corresponding with sales consultants. - Open new accounts with credit checks and set credit limits. Compile the necessary information to make informed decisions on raising credit limits for existing accounts. - Assist with the monthly statement billing process.
