Randstad has a client in the Gardner area looking to fill the following role for 2nd shift: Extrusion Assistant Communicates with the Lead Person on planning their upcoming shift, understanding inherited issues and problems. Takes rolls off unwind stand on the Extruder. Assists other Operators on set-ups on all extrusion lines, ensuring they are setup within the Standard Setup time. Assists Operators in cutting cores, weighing scrap, taking out trash, shift cleanup, etc. Operate the Repelletizer, knowing how to properly start it up, feed scrap film into it, understand safety concerns, and properly shut it down.
