Purchasing Agent

Randstad is partnering with a large manufacturing company in Edgewater for this contracted Buyer/Purchasing position. The purchasing agent negotiates vendor terms, prices and schedules delivery using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements and will: Launch all PO's for BOM parts orders, engines and upholstery Maintain schedule for engine and steering systems purchases and where used Launches all PO.s for outside services, , off-line shops, tools, supplies, fasteners and maintenance needs.
