The On Call Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of on call duties while working as part of our team to provide the highest quality service to clients. This position requires individuals that are dependable, driven, self-starters, positive, have fine attention to detail and able to work independently and also as part of a team.  Due to the nature of this position, applicants must live within 25 miles of our East Lansing office. 

The primary job responsibilities of the On Call Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work CAREGiving shifts weekly
  • Take responsibility for On Call phone line for evening, weekend, & holiday coverage
  • Fill all client shifts, as needed, while On Call, following designated office scheduling processes
  • Monitor and accurately log both client and CAREGiver activity and follow up as necessary
  • Fill in on assignments that come open until a replacement CAREGiver is obtained
  • Call in daily to office for morning briefings regarding any On Call activity
  • Attend weekly Administration meetings, Quarterly CAREGiver meetings & other company events
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with CAREGivers, Clients, Client Representatives, Office Staff & Company Owners
  • Field new client and CAREGiver inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner
  • Perform Care Consultations and CAREGiver Introductions as needed
