BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain employee data trends, reports and statistics for use in company-wide Affirmative Action plans.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, process and analyze all annual and semi-annual Affirmative Action Plans for company locations and assist with identifying goals for target recruitment efforts
  • Knowledge of Federal guidelines working within EEOC/OFCCP/Affirmative Action and online applicant tracking systems
  • Partner with the Affirmative Action Manager to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations including the preparation and oversight of Affirmative Action Plans, diversity recruiting goals for the company, and responses to OFCCP audits and reviews.
  • Assist with the reporting, completion and filing of EEOC, Vets 100 and government survey compliance and other various HR reporting needs
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify, determine and address data gaps and lead necessary compliance initiatives
  • Act as a HR liaison to prepare reports, including formula statements, to calculate adverse impact and multi-year trend analysis and provide recommendations to senior level management
  • Collaborate with various departments as needed for process and system optimization
  • Provide administrative support for the Success Factors HRIS system
  • Work with HR business team, HRIS team, business leaders and IT teams to ensure system functionality and accurate and timely reporting
  • Utilizes HRIS and to design, develop and analyze reports such as: headcount, turnover, hiring trends, exit interviews, compensation, etc.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of all HRIS upgrades and rollout of new features
  • Works with IT Business Analyst to maintain documentation of all reporting processes and all modifications to systems/software
  • Work with IT and business partners to establish necessary controls and checks to insure data and system integrity is maintained
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,  Analytics or related experience
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience with Affirmative Action plans and reporting preferred
    • 3+ years of experience with system analysis, and analytics required

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Hard Skills:

  • Must be expert level in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to follow up, multi-task and prioritize while managing a continuous stream of work, ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
