Overview
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Director will be the key HR Business Partner for the Corporate Support functions of Finance, IT, Legal, HR and Communications. This position will also be the key HR Business Partner for Wendy's International Business, as well as lead Diversity & HR Analytics for the Company. The HR Director will work closely with Wendy's Senior Leadership Team ("Chief Officers") and their direct reports to develop, implement and drive the people strategy and agenda that meets the objectives and long term strategic vision of the organization.
Specific Responsibilities Include
  • Strategic Advising - Partner with Senior Leadership Team members to set and guide their people agenda and priorities
  • Organizational Design - Leverage OD best practices to help Wendy's Senior Leaders adjust their organizations to achieve the Business Goals
  • Executive Coaching - Assist 5 "Chief Officers", their direct reports and the International team to improve both their performance and their potential
  • Lead and assist direct reports in providing HR generalist support for the assigned client groups
  • Lead the Diversity Program for the Wendy's Company
  • Manage HR Data Analytics for the Wendy's Company
This position will be based at The Wendy's Company headquarters in Dublin, a suburb of Columbus, OH. The Wendy's Company is the world's second largest quick-service hamburger company. Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 6 years of related HR experience
  • Strong consultative skills; ability to develop strong strategic partnerships with Senior Leaders
  • Strong organization and planning skills; results oriented
  • Effective written & verbal communications skills
  • Experience with Diversity Programs preferred
  • Experience with HRIS and HR Data Analytics preferred
