      Home Instead Senior Care, the leading provider of non medical home care to seniors in their homes is looking for a dynamic and organized Scheduler to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Approximately 30 hours per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage both immediate and long range schedules for Clients and Caregivers in a dynamic environment
  • Answer multiple incoming phone lines
  • Maintain positive relationships with Clients and Caregivers
  • Provide information and travel directions to Caregivers
  • Assist with payroll and hours call in system
  • Office communications, reports and filing
  • Greet visitors
  • Run occasional errands
  • Other duties as assigned


Required skills and abilities:
  • Manage multiple phone lines in a fast paced office environment
  • Ability to multi task under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Ability to deal with challenging personalties and clients with communication and cognitive challenges
  • Computer skills including Scheduling and Client management software, Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to use standard office machines, copier, multi line phone, fax machine
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, drug screen and 2 step TB test
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
