One of the Leading Home Health Care Companies is Jacksonville is looking for a new Team Member to join our Orange Park office. This is an exciting position that will allow you to learn all aspects of the business and will position yourself to grow with the company. Although we cross train all employees this position will be responsible for recruitment of our CAREGivers. This involves ensuring all applications are reviewed, phone interviews conducted, interviews scheduled, and all personnel files are complete and up to date. We are looking for someone who enjoys people and can engage in conversation easily.
  • This position must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • This position must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, clients and caregivers
