Who we’re looking for
As a Sr TSS Operations Manager you will drive and manage the advancement of critical sourcing capabilities across a global organization through the use of agile philosophies and Project Management principles.
- Development and implementation of TSS strategies delivering organizational and enterprise value through the utilization of project & change management disciplines.
- Must demonstrate ability to network and influence enterprise peer group & leadership teams – primary partners will include Merch Process, PDD Ops, BP&N, TSS operations partners, and TSS senior leadership team.
- Will manage a team of 4 Sr Specialists and have an ownership role in balancing their workload between value provided to businesses and deepening of TSS capabilities/expertise
- Comfortable defining and driving solutions for ambiguous and complex enterprise problems
Requirements
- 4-year degree
- 8 + years relevant experience and familiarity with merchandising, supply chain, and compliance processes.

Ability to communicate with all levels of Management.
- Project management experience & knowledge of project management tools
- Strong problem solving & analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear communications & scenario building.
