Healthcare Customer Service Rep

This position is for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep working within a call center.

Each CSR will be assigned to a work group of hospitals. There will be two different monitors that will be worked on during their shift, one with a proprietary system and the other the call Q. The average call time is 6-8 minutes in length. Patients will be calling for multiple needs; disputed charges, payment questions, requests for itemized billing statements, directions to facilities, etc. After each call, the CSR will have 60 seconds to enter data, send emails, etc and then will be put back into available status in the Q. The CSR will take 50-80 calls per shift. Monday and Tuesday are the highest call volume days. There will be shift leads and supervisors that will be within the call center to assist with calls and monitor Q's.

Must have previous healthcare experience. Call center experience is a plus.
