Bilingual Customer Service Rep - NEED ASAP!!!

Patient Advocates are responsible for working with patients to set up payment plans that fit their budget. Communication is handled via e-mail, live chat and telephone calls. The main goal is patient satisfaction and finding the right plan for each patient and working with them to keep them paying, satisfied and knowledgeable about our program.

MUST be Bilingual in Spanish.

MUST have call center experience.

MUST have flexibility to work some Saturdays.
