Catering Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

The Catering Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Director of Catering with growing the business through outside sales. The Catering Assistant will also ensure the successful execution of pick-up and delivery catering orders. The assistant will perform loading, transporting, unloading and set-up of catering supplies and product. Additional duties include completing all necessary paperwork, and ensuring compliance to company's food safety process.

Essential Responsibilities

• Must show excellent character and be a positive example to the team both inside and outside Chick-fil-A.
• Work with the Director of Catering to establish and revise sales growth strategies.
• Ensure all catering orders are transported and set-up accurately and on time.
• Assist with production and execution of catering orders.
• Maintain clear communication with restaurant management staff regarding upcoming/pending sales orders.
• Network in the surrounding community as a means of attracting new customers.
• Provide extraordinary customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Meet regularly with Director of Catering to discuss sales goal progression.

Job Type: Part-time

Wage Rate: 12.00/hour
