Currently, Integrity is seeking a Coordination of Benefits (COB) Processing Analyst.
Earn $15 dollars per hour to start. This is a 1st Shift temp to hire position. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.  
All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities:
•    Resolves common and complex coordination of benefits and other party liability information in a timely and accurate manner
•    Works and communicates well (verbal and written) with members, vendors, groups, Medicare and other parties to clarify coordination of benefits issues Partners with all areas of the company including sales, marketing, enrollment and IT in order to achieve timely coordination of benefits information
•    Work with Marketing/Sales to validate groups primacy preferences and request needed documentation
•    Research Coordination of Benefits related claims to validate recovered payments and request adjustments
•    Maintains acceptable productivity and quality performance standards
•    Takes ownership of resolving any issues from start to completion
•    Identifies, fixes and eliminates any coordination of benefits issues that are identified as inaccurate or incomplete
•    Collects information related to issues and provides recommendations for educational material for members and providers
•    Keeps knowledgeable on current primacy/coordination of benefits rules
•    Works very well in a team environment.

Requirements: Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or GED, 2 years’ experience in a claims environment
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to interact effectively with all levels of IBC associates and external customers
•    Ability to organize time effectively to meet responsive turnaround times on customer issues is required
•    Strong understanding of Coordination of Benefits processes
•    Strong and constant productivity and quality performer
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
•    Performs other duties as assigned
