About this job

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position provides specialized administrative support to the Sears Holdings Talent Acquisition Teams and will demonstrate a sustained high level of professionalism, accomplishment, discretion, and skill. This person must demonstrate an interpersonal and corporate savvy personality in order to work with candidates, internal customers and external vendors of all levels.

  • Schedule Executive and Corporate candidate interviews and feedback sessions, working with recruitment managers, hiring managers and their administrative assistants, candidates and search firms.
  • Route email resumes to appropriate hiring managers and interview panel.
  • Assemble interview agendas and Draft letters, compile reports (upon request.)
  • Manages calendars, schedules appointments, and otherwise assists the HR Project/Process Mgr.
  • Set up virtual portion of interviews i.e. Green jobs - make sure equipment is operational and agendas are included
  • Organizes meetings, including coordinating meeting schedules with multiple participants, planning all logistics, determining and meeting equipment needs, escorting candidates and order lunches.
  • Communicates instructions and information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Uses good judgement and discretion and maintains confidentiality.
  • Listens and understands client questions/needs and acts appropriately.
  • Deals courteously and professionally in difficult situations.
  • Uses appropriate assertiveness in resolving business-related differences.
  • Assist recruiters with BrassRing clean up and screening processes.
  • Maintains departmental listings of staff, equipment, important contact numbers and executive admins.
  • Balances many, sometimes conflicting priorities, keeping details and deadlines straight - recognizing what to do first.
  • Sets and meets deadlines, including those which may be difficult to meet.
  • Takes full responsibility for work process or special projects, including those where judgement and decision making are required.
  • Processes all TA and other HR department invoices, set up new vendors with procurement, research invoice inquiries from business or vendor and maintain invoice log.
  • Processes all candidate travel disbursements.
  • Maintains candidate welcome packages
  • Assist Community Engagement & Diversity with opening the thousands of donation letters daily.
  • Compile ARG(Associate Resource Groups) Monthly new letter.
  • Compile and send out New Hire's ARG signup information on excel spreadsheet to ARG representatives.
