SHIFTS WILL VARRIY – 4 weeks training on 1st for all shifts
1st – 6:00am – 2:30pm
2nd – 2:00pm – 10:30pm
3rd – 10:00pm – 6:30am
General Purpose.
- To assure all the Manufacturing Processes are performed according to the applicable procedures and under a GMP compliance environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Floor inspections of all areas of manufacturing and production: Receiving, Warehouse, Weight room, Blend, Presses, Encapsulation, Polish, Sort, Coating, and Shipping.
- Equipment Cleaning Inspection and approval.
- Nutrient sampling and sample submitting.
- Product sampling and sample submitting for in house and outside testing.
- In-Process product checks (weight, size, seam thickness)
- Product weight variation check.
- Disintegration checks.
- Review manufacturing paperwork.
- Inspect finished product before shipment.
- Document Control: Assist in the review of all quality-related documents.
- Segregate and identified compromised product.
- Issue Incident reports.
- Contact manager regarding In-process Change Control request for approval.
- Assist with production temperature probes calibration program.
- Perform scale’s calibration checks.
- Monitor the company RO/DI water system.
- Train and coach production personnel on GMPs related areas.
- Monitor the used water quality system.
PAY:: $14-16.00/hr DOE
