Entry Level Manufacturing/Warehouse

QSS-Ashton Staffing in Cartersville is seeking candidates for an entry level warehouse position in the Bartow County, GA area.

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow all safety rules for department and entire facility

- Operating Godet rolls, switches, heaters and aspirators on an extrusion machine

- Follow correct yarn path/yarn thread up an extrusion machine and rethread it in a timely manner

- Operate winders when yarn cycle is complete

- Perform online quality inspection of yarn (example: shade, air track, winding, proper labels, etc)

- Properly packing out yarn on buggies and label with correct information in delivering a first quality product

- Keep machines cleaned and wiped down at all times

- Transport yarn Test Buggy to lab for quality testing

This is a temporary to hire opportunity that can lead to a pay increase and benefits such as vacation and holiday pay!

Must be flexible with shifts and working 12 hours at a time. Flooring and/or manufacturing experience is a huge plus.
