The Campus/Corporate Recruiter will lead the on-campus recruitment and selection efforts for intern and entry level positions coupled with corporate positions. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment while focusing on building a diverse, high-performance, customer-centric team at SHC. You will play a key role in building our image on college campuses nationwide.

Responsibilities:
-Supports planning for many businesses in meeting annual hiring goals
-Partner with business contacts to proactively determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
-Cultivate and develop positive relationships with students, retail center or merchandising department personnel, key faculty, placement office personnel and student organizations at assigned campuses
-Pre-screen, qualify and assess high potential talent while ensuring effective candidate management methods are being used throughout the recruitment process.
-Participate in the development of recruitment strategies, advertising campaigns and image- building projects.
- Continually seek innovative, cutting-edge approaches to the recruitment of high-caliber college students
-Drive the diversity recruitment initiative to support diversity goals
-Manage multiple projects supporting college recruitment objectives
-Provide orientation, training and continued mentoring to new recruiters
-Schedule and oversee coordination of all campus events for assigned businesses

Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience providing recruitment support in a multi-geographic recruitment territory supporting multiple managers/business units.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with comfort in presenting to groups.
* Ability to interact professionally and represent Sears in a positive manner with internal and external customers.
* Ability to work independently and is able to follow directions and solve problems
* Strong proficiency with computers and databases, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
* Manages own performance by keeping commitments and deadlines
* Travel 25%
* BrassRing experience preferred
