MOBE is a wellness company that partners with members to provide a comprehensive self-management program solution to chronic pain. The Engagement Specialist will be responsible for scheduling members to meet with a MOBE Guide to talk about a wellness plan.
JOB DUTIES:
Field inbound calls from members with chronic pain issues
Make outbound calls to qualified candidates to talk about wellness options
Understand the wants and needs of members and explain the benefits of a self-management approach
Document all activities in CRM system and Salesforce
Send calendar invites and important documents via Microsoft Outlook
Monday-Friday open shifts from 6am-10pm
