Position Summary:

Support Product Management and Technology Development teams to drive execution of the customer journey in Connect and Save, Shop and Buy and Fulfill digital experiences. Partner with groups across the organization, including technology, user experience, analytics and content, to create Epics and user stories. Coordinate with product managers to prioritize and rank the backlog for development teams’ planned increments. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.  

Essential Job Functions:
  • Work with Software Component teams to define and prioritize customer user stories for developers, quality assurance (QA) and user experience (UX) teams to complete
  • Collaborate with software developers to complete user interface (UI) development, testing and release planning
  • Identify website and native app’s existing capabilities to determine future enhancements
  • Liaison between product managers and product owners to ensure implementation of planned epics align to the acceptance criteria
  • Support the digital strategy defined by product management and go-to-market goals through collaborative engagement
  • Assist product managers in strategic conversations; follow up with internal and external technology partners to create detailed epics with clearly defined deliverables
  • Review new features with product managers to establish priorities and rank across initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical team members to size features, develop release plans and evaluate new approaches or tradeoffs
  • Maintain product documentation, including near-term delivery/releases, and report to product management on progress; coordinate with product managers on where adjustments need to be made
  • Assist in defining key product performance indicators and implementation processes that will enable us to gauge and measure product performance to support future product enhancements
  • Utilize web metrics, customer metrics and internal operational metrics to summarize and make enhancement recommendations to the product vision to continually improve the customer experience
  • Travel to attend company meetings

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, management or a related field
  • 1 year of experience bringing customer-facing ecommerce or digital products to market
  • 1 year of software development, product management or business analyst experience in a multi-channel retail or e-Commerce business with demonstrated success delivering new products and evolving products to market
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use that data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Desired Previous Job Experience:
  • Experience using Atlassian products
  • Experience with both Agile methodologies and product management principles
