The Opportunity

Position Summary

Works with Suite Attendants to serve dessert to the suite guests and sells to the general public, in accordance with Company’s Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to deliver timely, accurate service in a courteous and professional manner under stressful conditions
  • Able to follow job procedures and supervisor’s / chef’s / manager’s / guest’s instructions and requests
  • Able to retain and effectively communicate item information
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work flexible hours and schedule with possible overtime
  • Ability to handle cash and inventory procedures each event
  • Pre-event cart set-up including wiping of cart, gathering all desserts, plates, serving utensils and ice
  • Account for all inventory on your cart
  • Greet customers in hallway and assist in any way
  • Follow proper procedures for restocking your cart
  • Thoroughly clean your cart at the end of the event
  • Account for all of your sales and inventory at the end of the event

Education & Experience:

  • Background in fine dining preferred
  • Cash handling experience necessary

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions 

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to push and maneuver up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work long periods of time which involve standing, bending, stretching, reaching and pushing a heavy cart as the work duties demand
