The Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness will partner across all levels of leadership, within the Home Services business unit to create Learning and Organizational Effectiveness solutions. This position oversees enterprise compliance training and the strategy, design and implementation of centralized learning and development solutions, including the enterprise learning management system. In addition, this position oversees organizational engagement and survey strategy (including 360-degree feedback, employee opinion surveys, etc.), and organizational culture initiatives and programs, such as culture training and recognitions programs. The role is also responsible for targeted organization effectiveness initiatives including organizational design, team interventions, etc. The role includes accountability for both individual business projects and enterprise wide initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as a strategic business partner with the Home Services leadership to co-develop the people strategy from the training point-of-view, and delivers training in support of that people strategy
* Diagnoses organizational issues with Talent and Human Capital business leaders. Designs and implements organizational effectiveness strategies and initiatives
* Drives organizational transformation through learning opportunities and consulting with business leaders to identify current and future training needs, and develops a strategy to build those skills
* Determines key Information Technology requirements, and spearheads change management efforts to ensure both business processes and culture, including enhancement of existing Learning Management System, eLearning deployment in a technology challenged environment, and knowledge management space infiltration
* Drives career development strategy; implements practices, processes and tools that align across the business to drive business movement and support overall Talent Management strategy
* Leads others toward sound principles of instructional design and systematic processes within learning to ensure successful transfer of knowledge, skill, and abilities for participants
* Establishes and oversees organizational climate surveys; measures associate engagement and cultural transition over time
* Provides consultation to key stakeholders, and implement organization effectiveness tools to ensure maximum engagement and continuous improvement of the business unit leaders
* Manages third party providers/vendors of organization effectiveness services
* Manages budget/ledger(s) for the department
* Performs supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to: making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting, and terminating; conducting performance appraisals; and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of eight years related experience in Learning & Development/Organizational Effectiveness

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organization Development, Organization Behavior or equivalent
* PHR or SPHR Certification
