The Data and Pricing Lead is principally responsible for delivering excellent customer service, enhancing the customer s experience at the store using the Happy, Helpful, Here for you approach to service. The individual is responsible for maintaining and promoting both accurate pricing of regular and clearance priced merchandise as well as accurate unit integrity resulting in great merchandise in stock to meet customer needs and drive sales. This role requires adherence to all corporate local requirements. Additionally, ensures precise and timely execution of all pricing activity to maximize sales along with unit integrity processes and related activities. Both data integrity and pricing accuracy require equal attention to detail and timely execution.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensures that excellent customer care and selling are the #1 priority by supporting the Happy, Helpful, Here for You mentality of service and actively engages with customers.
* Ensures accurate unit integrity of store merchandise as well as executing all price changes, including activation and signing and is proficient in the use of RES and all Signing Standards and corporate pricing language. Displays strong skill sets in use of available digital equipment and applicable process that relate to specific job responsibilities.
* Follows corporate price change schedule, completes within due date, reviews and corrects open price exceptions,. Coordinates and executes Temporary Price Reductions(TPR).
* Coordinates with the Reset team on price changes to promote process efficiency and to minimize potential pricing errors.
* Coordinates and executes Test Scans per the Counter Detail schedule and Completes Merchandise Item Review Requests (MIRR).
* Coordinates with Area Managers and Lead Associates in planning and execution of the unit integrity portion of the company Counter Detail Schedule and assists in monitoring completion.
* Communicates with store management where breakdown in processes are identified that have a negative impact on pricing accuracy and data integrity within the store
* Understands the Top 500 program and ensure accurate unit integrity of all items.
* Knowledgeable of all corporate, state and local pricing regulations and requirements around unit integrity and pricing.
* Understands and utilizes the negative inventory report and resolves negative inventory, understands root cause and communicates to store management.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Retail Experience or equivalent.
* Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
* Solid Knowledge of unit integrity processes including counter detail.
* Reaching, stretching, grabbing, pushing, lifting, holding, twisting, bending, turning, walking, shifting, and engaging in other physical movements required by the job.
* Working while standing for long periods of time.
* Knowledge of technology and computers.
* Lifting and holding up to 50 pounds, bulky and large-sized merchandise.

* Attention to detail, accuracy in all aspects of work, energetic and consistent.
* Strong team building skills and excellent customer service skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of related experience
* 18 years of age or older
