Our client is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Dispatcher to join their team in Secaucus, NJ.
This is a 1st shift opportunity and the hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm and also on Saturday Bi-Weekly
Starting Pay: $14/hr DOE

Candidates will be performing the following:
- Receive and dispatch orders coming in to the warehouse and deliveries
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Use radio, phone and computer to send drivers to appropriate locations
- Monitor the route and status of drivers to coordinate and prioritize delivery schedule
- Provide drivers with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
- Proven experience as dispatcher
- Experience using Roadnet Software preferred
- Good experience in data entry
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish is helpful
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
