Front Counter (Full-Time) Team Member

Role Summary

A Front Counter (Full-Time) Team Member will foster an environment of excellence and create Raving Fans by executing a remarkable experience for all guests.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Read, understand and comply with all Chick-fil-A requirements and guidelines
  • Treat all customers with honordignity, and respect
  • Accept personal responsibility for being a self-led, self-motivated part of the Chick-fil-A team
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing highest quality meals at all times of the day
  • Quickly, attentively, and accurately serve Drive-Thru and Dine In guests
  • Work within a team environment to always put Customers First
  • Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
  • Display professionalism in personal appearance, attitude, and behavior
  • Continuously strive for personal excellence by growing in knowledge of Chick-fil-A procedures and products
  • Follow leadership instructions and serve other team members
  • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business

 

Requirements

  • Available to open or close 6 days a week
  • Available during the peak lunch or dinner time
  • Have 60 or more hours of total availability
  • Must be 18 years old or out of high school 
  • Will be scheduled 5-6 days a week for 35-40 hours 
  • Desire and dedication to becoming an Expert
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence

Compensation

  • Starting wage $13 per hour
    • Applicants must include a full resume as well as 3 professional references to be considered.
