Growing law firm is seeking a detailed-oriented, self-motivated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join its team. The Firm offers a competitive base salary plus benefits. The successful candidate will have administrative experience working in a professional setting and be fluent in professional English and Spanish. The candidate must also have experience with providing excellent customer service, the ability to draft letters, documents, and memos, answering phones, screening new clients, scheduling appointments, processing mail and payments for services, working with databases, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. This position is a key client-facing role and as such, requires the ability to inspire confidence in clients as their firm contact for case information, status updates, and other important case status communications.Requirements :Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases.Experience providing excellent client service.Experience drafting letter, documents, and memos in English and Spanish.Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and multitask.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
