Develop strategic direction for Walmart that delivers financial and market share goals by defining and executing strategic initiatives. Plan and continuously evaluate Walmart business objectives and drive efficiency acting as a thought leader for our Company. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create increased demand for our products with innovative solutions that drive value and increased margin $'s. Drive positive, collaborative relationships at a senior level with Walmart, with the goal of creating opportunities that drive revenue and gross margin. Influence the system by developing relationships with the Bottling system, Customer Core Teams, CCNA, PRGM and the customer. Establish cross functional relationships with internal Heartland Departments including RGM, Field Operations, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain.

* Bachelor's degree required.
* 5+ years' in consumer goods industry.
* Proven experience managing a team or leading projects through indirect employee management.
* 3+ years in sales/marketing and account management.
* Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills required.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Position requires 50% of time spent traveling.
