Medical Specimen Dispatcher

Tempe, AZ

This is a fast paced, call center like environment, will average 150-200+ calls (inbound and outbound) in an 8 hour shift. The dispatcher coordinates the schedules and activities of the couriers (employees that pick up medical specimens), multi-route drivers, and hospital messengers.

• Ideal candidate will have 2 + year of call center experience or dispatching
• Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone, strong problem solving skills
• Ability to operate a computer and comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Strong data entry skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

$12-13/HR Depending on Experience

Contract to Hire

Shifts: There are currently 3 shifts needing to be filled.
1) Mon - Thur: 4, 10 hour shifts (8-6 PM ish)
2) Mon - Fri: 8-430 PM
3) Mon - Fri: 430 PM - 1 AM (Shift Differential available after 11 AM, 10%)
