Position Summary:

Troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical, electrical, and controls systems. Inspect mechanical and electrical systems' operations and set points for compliance with Best Practice Standards to achieve optimal equipment performance. Survey stores and gather data for various energy and maintenance projects. Assist in the inspection of construction project to ensure mechanical, electrical, and controls systems comply with design standards and specifications. Assist in performing Energy punch lists on new, remodeled and expanded stores. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and electrical systems to maximize energy efficient operation of equipment.
  • Optimize equipment operation to comply with company energy conservation goals.
  • Install and modify refrigeration, electrical, and controls equipment.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Must pass EPA (Class1 and Class2) certification
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to travel independently
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules as required (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory of parts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee time reports and credit card statements.
  • Clean and maintain company service vehicle.
  • Overtime may be required at times
  • Valid Driver's License
