Banking Manager

This is a full time permanent position at a local Bank branch located in Rantoul.

Works to promote and deliver deposit and retail loan products & services to customers and prospective customers of the bank.

Duties include:

-Delivers exceptional customer service through a positive attitude, and the promotion of products and services offered by the bank.

-Establish individual Retail Banking relationships and deliver exceptional customer service while functioning as a Personal Banker.

-Performs New Deposit Account and Consumer Lending Representative duties through the Development and maintenance of an in-depth level of retail banking products and services knowledge.

-Promotion of retail banking products and other bank services to existing and prospective customer through profiling and analyzing data to identify banking needs and conclude creditworthiness,

cash management techniques, investment strategies, insurance needs and budgetary solutions. Assists customers in opening deposit products and services.

-Completes Consumer Lending applications and assists in the processing and closing of the loans according to the written procedures for those products and services.

-Cross sells Mortgage and Commercial Lending Products, referring customers and prospective customers to appropriate staff.

-Maintains an in-depth knowledge of basic deposit products and services (DDA, SAV, CD, and MMA), as well as intermediate knowledge of other deposit products such as Health Savings Accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts.

-Maintains an in-depth knowledge of retail loan products and services (Home Equity Lines of Credit, Auto Loans and Personal Loans), as well as an intermediate knowledge of other loans products such as Mortgage and Commercial Loans.
