Do you have a desire to work hard and serve customers?  In order to maintain our goal of having the right part at the right price at the right time, we have strategically placed distribution centers throughout the United States.  Our strong distribution network positions us to deliver the right part, at the right place, at the right time to all of our customers every day.

Our 26 distribution centers, located across the United States, are stocked with more than 122,000 unique parts, and highly automated conveyor systems facilitate and assemble shipments. These distribution centers provide overnight service five nights a week so that parts not available in the store, and those needing to be replenished, are delivered for our customers the next business day. In our metro areas, we operate DC city counters and hub stores to maintain timely deliveries and meet our customers’ needs. These hub stores stock an average of 44,500 unique SKUs and provide same-day inventory availability to surrounding stores.

Every day our warehouse team members utilize voice picking technology to facilitate the picking of  specific parts according to each store’s needs, and then pack the parts and load them onto our trucks.  Then, five days a week, our delivery team members drive overnight from our distribution centers to deliver shipments to all our stores.

This position will provide administrative support for distribution center management and supervisors. This role is responsible for staffing, accounting, team member relations, drivers testing and procedures, reporting, and assisting the distribution center with any other human resources and office related needs. The HR/Office Supervisor will provide administrative support to Distribution Center managers and supervisors, and coordinate all office team member duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A qualified candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in administrative and Human Resources management functions, and computer proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
